We appreciate your business, and we’re here to answer any questions you may have regarding your service. For your convenience, we’ve created a FAQ that answers the most frequently asked questions.

How our service works

We’ll call you to confirm your order as soon as we get it. When the driver is on his way, you will receive a confirmation email. You may always manage your delivery by calling our customer service center or visiting our website whenever you like.

How soon will your water be delivered?

30 minutes to one hour after you place your purchase, we will bring bottled water to you. If there are any delays, we will let you know right away. You will receive notification for each step of the delivery process.

Can I have deliveries to more than one address?

Of course! We can set up separate stops within the same account, or set up separate accounts for each location.

Can I change the number of water bottles after placing the order?

Absolutely. Simply get in touch with our customer support center before your delivery time if you require more or less bottles on your delivery after placing your purchase. We’ll make sure to bring you anything you require!
